How to wash sports bra?

I'm pretty into sports lately.
Bought some sports bra but do not know how to wash to make it last longer as it may be very expensive...

I google it and here's some tips for you.

1) Keep a little laundry detergent with you.
2) Bring it into the shower with you after your workout.
3) Dry it over the shower rod.

*Hand washing it maintains the integrity of the fabric, which will help your sports bra to last longer :)

Healthy Food

Healthy Food. What will you think of when I mentioned “healthy food”?

A lot of people will associate healthy food with fruits and veggies. At least, that is how I used to think ;p

In fact, this is not all. Healthy food is food that is beneficial to our health which of course includes fruits and veggies.

Since there is no clear cut definition of what healthy food means, I would like to conclude that most organic (unprocessed) food – no synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilisers is considered healthy.

To be continued…

it's or its

I am not sure about you but a lot of the time I have confusion on which to use.

I often Google and find out the correct usage of them; every time when I am confuse when I write.

Years after year, I found a good way of remembering them. I called it “the rule of thumb”.

THE RULE OF THUMB
If you can replace it with his or her, there is no apostrophe.

Why blog?

Why blog? This is the first question I asked myself when I start on this.
Everything you do in life, you need a purpose.
Example of why people rest? 休息是為了走更長的路*oh well, my Chinese boleh pakai lagi*
Back to the topic, if you are hesitating and still finding a convincing reason on why you should start blogging like I did back then. Read on.
I am not going to list down one by one the reasons why you should start a blog or helping you to make decision about blogging. All these you can get it all over the internet.
If you happened to read this article, you must have the curiosity of why people blog or wanting to start a blog for yourself.
Even if it is just one second time thought.
My advice is "Just do it! Live with no regrets"

Week 40

A simple update of my past week 40 before I go to sleep.

Overall, it's been a good week for me. *That's why I wanted to record it so much despite it's time to sleep.*

Colleagues came back from Bangkok company trip and bought me all these souvenirs. I'm feeling super grateful as they are the "little things" that I like.

Spent most of my Saturday with the darling. Having brunch but nothing much. It's making me happy enough. Can we have more quality time like this?

My boyfriend, he is definitely not a good "sweet talker". But he did something quite heart warming that day. He uses Smart Tag and I uses cash. *Touch n Go card is out of credit.* He chooses to wait me right after the toll. He can actually go first and we can meet later on. Silly boy, you are :)

*cough*
Present to all you, Squid Ink Penne cooked by me. :p

Spotted this Secret Garden colouring book for less than RM 7 in Mr DIY.
Gosh... My friends bought them for about RM 100 @.@

Lastly, end my lovely weekend night with some healthy drink.

Good night, peeps.
Sweet dream

Simple French Toast

I'm very into culinary recently. In case you don't know what "culinary" means, it is "anything related to cooking"which includes preparation, cooking and presentation in the form of meals.

Today, I prepared a simple French Toast for brunch.

I hereby list down all the ingredients needed and steps to follow to prepare this dish.

Ingredients:
1) Bread (Preferably the thick & hard one. If you do not have one, you can try stale the bread by setting      it out on a cooling rack uncovered overnight)
2) 1 egg yolk (One per every 3 slices of bread)
3) 1/4 cup of milk
4) 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
5) 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
6) 1 pitch of salt

Tools:
1) Bowls
2) Forks & tablespoons
3) Plate
4) Frying pan
5) Spatula

Steps:
1) Whisk egg yolk, milk, melted butter, sugar in a bowl until well blended.
2) Transfer the mixture to a plate and dip the bread into it before frying on pan.
3) Using a spatula turn bread over and soak another side for 20 seconds.

 !TADA!
Fresh Toast done ;)
*forgive my not-so-professional food photo ;p*

I pair them with my current favorite fruits (Strawberry) and dressing (Nutella).
Yums~

The ingredients & tools I used can be easily find in every home.
So, go ahead and try on! Do let me know in the comment box below if it works.

Till then.
